Job summary

On Call Computer Solutions is seeking a Tier 2 Client Onboarding & Deployment Technician in Tallahassee to support onboarding, deployment, migrations, and cybersecurity across Microsoft cloud environments. The role focuses on technical implementation, not a traditional help desk, with collaboration across clients and internal teams.

Ideal candidates will have strong Windows, Microsoft 365, identity and access management, and endpoint security knowledge, plus the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional IT support or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong Windows desktop operating systems knowledge and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with cloud-based identity management and endpoint management.
• Experience deploying applications and configurations via endpoint management platforms.
• Comfort communicating technical concepts to clients and coordinating deployments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical point of contact during onboarding and deployment activities.
• Deploy, configure, and validate endpoint management and cybersecurity solutions.
• Coordinate deployment schedules with clients and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot deployment, connectivity, and permissions issues.
• Maintain accurate client, ticket, and deployment documentation.
• Perform cloud migration activities within Microsoft cloud environments.
