Ideal candidates have 2+ years in desktop support and strong customer service, with certifications like CompTIA A+ or a related degree. This is a full-time contract through June 2027 with potential renewal, onsite only.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience installing, maintaining, and supporting workstation hardware.
• 2+ years of customer service and technical support with Office 365 and Windows.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) or an applicable degree.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; high school diploma also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and related IT issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve medium-to-high complexity technical problems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support desktop and workstation hardware.
• Install and provide technical support for software applications and operating systems.
• Support Microsoft products, including Windows, Microsoft Office/Office 365, and Outlook.
• Monitor the Service Desk queue and resolve assigned support tickets.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support networked printers, smartphones, and other IT hardware.
• Coordinate service calls and repairs for warranty and non-warranty equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and informal training to end users.
