Job summary

Leidos Inc is seeking a Sr. Tier III operations and maintenance engineer based in Aurora, CO. This role involves supporting various WAN and LAN networks and providing incident resolution. Responsibilities include network performance monitoring, configuring and testing various systems, and performing long-term operations and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Must comply with DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical Level 2.
• Overall experience necessary based on educational qualifications.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support operations and maintenance activities for LAN and WAN technologies.
• Analyze network characteristics to recommend modifications.
• Coordinate with configuration management and implementation teams.

TS SCI with a Poly

Configuring and troubleshooting boundary protection technologies

Experienced with OSPF, BGP, VPNs, VRFs, MPLS

Read and develop schematic diagrams

Superior verbal and written communication skills

Education

Doctorate and 8 years of experience
