Job summary

Leidos in Colorado is seeking a Tier II Network Technician to support design, testing and upgrades of client LAN/WAN environments. The role involves incident response, asset management, and collaboration with Tier III engineers on projects.

Candidates should have TS/SCI with Poly, 10 years of combined experience and DoD 8570 IAT Level 2. On-site position; travel up to 25% and valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance required.
• 10 years of combined work experience and education.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification.
• TCP/IP and OSI model knowledge.
• Basic routing fundamentals.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• On-site presence five days a week; no relocation.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and maintenance of client LAN/WAN devices.
• Respond to and resolve incident tickets.
• Draft and implement standard network change requests.
• Support Tier III network engineers on incidents and projects.
• Update topology drawings and asset management records.
• Coordinate network operations, maintenance, upgrades.
• Familiar with Layer 3 protocols such as OSPF, BGP, VRRP, HSRP, MPLS, LSP, GRE.
• Familiar with Visio, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
