Job summary
Fox World Travel seeks a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide high-quality front-line technical support to internal users at corporate headquarters in Oshkosh. This on-site role handles PCs, software, peripherals, and telecommunications, with escalation to senior staff as needed.
The ideal candidate has an associate degree in IT or related experience, strong Windows/M365 knowledge, and solid customer service skills to communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent IT experience.
- 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience preferred.
- Ability to support associates in office, remote, and hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to internal Fox World Travel users, onsite and remote.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and access issues and document resolutions.
- Escalate complex incidents and maintain timely status updates in the ticket system.
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices and approved software.
