Job summary

Foxconn Assembly, LLC is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to be the first point of contact for internal IT issues. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network problems, escalate when needed, and ensure IT services align with global standards.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, an Associate degree, and strong communication. This is an on-site position with a daily shift starting at 7:30 am and a salary range of $80k–$96k per year.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with IT certifications (e.g., A+, Network+).
• 2+ years in IT helpdesk or desktop support in manufacturing or high-tech settings.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and password resets.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Assist with system and application support for Windows/macOS environments.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and related systems.
• Document requests and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
