This role involves installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting end-user devices and software while documenting issues and adhering to service standards. You will work within a collaborative IT team, participate in an on-call rotation, and support a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or 1–3 years IT support experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of end-user computing technologies, devices, and support practices.
• Ability to support in office, remote, and hybrid environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality front-line IT support to internal Fox World Travel users, on premises and remote.
• Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support end-user devices and approved software.
• Document issues and escalate when needed to maintain timely incident resolution.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support rotation as assigned.
