Qualifications

• Experience triaging and resolving technical requests in a support environment.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering and support teams.
• 3–5 years troubleshooting Tier 1/2 issues and partnering with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Tier 2 support professional for technical requests escalated via the support system.
• Triage, resolve client and internal requests, and coordinate with engineering and support teams.
• Create and improve workflows for ticket triage and escalation.
