Job summary

Axuall is hiring a remote Tier 2 support pro to triage and resolve technical requests from clients and internal teams. You will work in a matrixed environment, troubleshoot issues, and participate in improving workflows and tooling.

We seek 3–5 years of troubleshooting experience, familiarity with Python, PostgreSQL and API tools, and the ability to coordinate with engineering for quick resolutions. Remote-first with in-person onboarding at HQ in Cleveland is required.

Qualifications

• Familiar with modern tech stack elements: Python, PostgreSQL, API testing tools such as Insomnia and Postman.
• Experience with alerting/monitoring tools like Sentry and Grafana.
• 3–5 years troubleshooting Tier 1–2 issues and collaborating with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Triage, escalate and resolve technical client requests.
• Respond quickly, assess root cause and viable workarounds.
• Be available for live coverage during core hours (8AM–8PM EST).
• Collaborate with product management, engineering and support teams.
• Improve triage/escalation workflows and internal tooling for visibility.
• Apply software testing best practices to issue resolution.
