Qualifications

• Experience triaging and resolving technical requests in a support environment.

Job description

• Serve as a Tier 2 support professional for technical requests escalated via the support system.
• Work in a matrixed, collaborative environment to troubleshoot technical issues.

What You’ll Do:

• Apply technical knowledge to triage and resolve client and internal requests.
• Respond promptly, assess root cause, and coordinate with engineering and support teams.
• Create and improve workflows for ticket triage and escalation.

What You’ll Bring:

• Familiarity with Python, PostgreSQL, API tools like Insomnia and Postman.
• Experience with alerting/monitoring tools like Sentry and Grafana.
• 3-5 years in troubleshooting tier 1/2 issues and partnering with engineering.
