Job summary

IronArch Technology is seeking a PC Technician to join our team in Charleston, SC. The Help Desk Specialist will provide Tier 2 support for PC desktops, peripherals, and software as part of the Army Corps of Engineers – Revolutionary Information Technology Services (RITS) program.

Responsibilities include installing and testing devices, diagnosing issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring CAC and printer firmware compliance.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of professional, applicable experience
• DoD 8570 IA Baseline Certification, IAT Level I or equivalent
• Must obtain appropriate DoD 8570 IA Computing Environment Certification within 6 months
• US citizenship preferred for access to government systems
• Secret Clearance required prior to start

Responsibilities

• Install and test PC hardware, output devices, and software; configure operating systems and applications
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate repairs with vendors/teams
• Maintain printer firmware and CAC software compliance; ensure current work instructions
