Job summary

IronArch Technology is seeking a PC Technician to join our Charleston, SC team. The Help Desk Specialist will provide Tier 2 support for PC hardware, peripherals, and software to support the Army Corps of Engineers RITS program, serving ~37,000 USACE users across CONUS and OCONUS.

Required are an AA/AS degree (or equivalent), 4+ years of related experience, DoD 8570 IA Level I certification, and ability to obtain DoD 8570 within 6 months.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional IT/PC support experience.
• DoD 8570 IA Baseline Certification, IAT Level I or equivalent.
• Must obtain DoD 8570 IA Computing Environment Certification within 6 months of employment.
• Secret Clearance required prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Install and test PC hardware, peripherals, and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents; coordinate repairs.
• Ensure printer firmware and CAC software are compliant; update work instructions.
• Support Windows 10 and MS Office 2013; use Remedy for ticketing.
