Job summary

CACI is seeking a Tier 2 IT Technician to support deskside operations at Peterson SFB, Colorado. This full-time, on-site role focuses on end-user device management, software deployment, and remote support for Space Force HQ customers across GSUs.

Requires Active Secret Clearance, 3+ years of IT experience, and CompTIA Security+ CE. Proficiency in Windows, imaging, and Microsoft 365 is essential; travel is up to 10% across CONUS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification required.
• Proficient with Windows desktops and imaging.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside IT support to local and GSU customers.
• Install software releases, patches, and upgrades.
• Image and deploy desktops; troubleshoot hardware and OS.
• Configure end user apps and certificates.
• Document actions in trouble tickets and meet SLAs.
• Install and troubleshoot VOIP phones and voicemail.
• Assist with user moves and asset disposition.
• Collaborate with other IT teams as needed.
• Configure EUDs to print, scan, and fax on multifunction devices.
