CACI is seeking a Tier 2 IT Technician for an on-site role at Peterson SFB in Colorado. The position focuses on deskside break/fix for Space Force HQ customers, with remote support to GSUs as needed.

Responsibilities include systems administration and EUD support, software deployments, hardware repairs, and VOIP setup. A Secret clearance and strong customer service are required; a bachelor's degree is desirable.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service Skills are a MUST!
• CompTIA Security+ CE
• Active Secret Clearance
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Windows desktop OS, imaging laptops/desktops, and Microsoft 365 apps

Responsabilités

• Provide systems administration and EUD support to local and GSU customers.
• Install new software releases, upgrades, patches and resolve software issues.
• Image, configure, and deploy desktops; repair hardware including monitors and docking stations.
• Install and troubleshoot end user apps and certificates.
• Document actions in trouble tickets and meet SLAs.
• Configure VOIP phones and voicemail; assist with user moves and connectivity.
• Prepare obsolete assets for disposal; assist other IT teams as needed.
• Configure EUDs to print, scan, and fax on multifunction devices.
