Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Tier 2 Support Technician to join its managed services team in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on helping customers, solving technical issues, and delivering superior support remotely with occasional onsite visits.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in IT support, MSP experience is preferred, and must hold an A+ Certification. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience.
MSP (Managed Services Provider) experience strongly preferred.
A+ Certification is required.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Provide professional, empathetic support and maintain customer satisfaction during high-volume periods.
Monitor and prioritize incoming service requests and tickets; document steps and resolutions.
Support Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android devices in a business environment.
Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting; support Windows Server/Active Directory as needed.
Participate in a shared on-call rotation after onboarding; travel onsite when required.
