Job summary

Lyra Technology Group is seeking a Tier II Support Engineer to join our IT team at one of our operating companies in Eagan, MN. You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, maintain computer systems, and provide remote and on-site support.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Tier 2 IT, strong customer service, 365 administration, networking, Azure, and printers; a IT degree and MS/MD-102 are a plus. This full-time role offers a base compensation of $70,000–$75,000.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Tier 2 IT engineer for at least 3 years.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
• Experience in 365 administration.
• Networking experience.
• Experience trouble shooting printers.
• Experience with Azure.
• A degree in Information Technology is a plus.
• MS - 102 certification is a plus
• MD - 102 certification is a plus
