Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience answering users' inquiries regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolve problems.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining a record of daily data communication transactions.
• Demonstrated experience with US Government Top Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems administration and Tier 2 help desk support in a 24/7 environment.
• Maintain records of daily communication transactions and remedial actions.
• Monitor events and escalate incident reports as necessary.
