Job summary

Methodist Health System is seeking an IT professional to provide day-to-day hardware support with a primary focus on Mobile Device Management. You will troubleshoot end-user devices across multiple campuses and serve as a liaison to hospital departments.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in CS/IS or equivalent, with 2 years in a client/server environment and healthcare IS experience preferred. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent degree is preferred.
• Equivalent experience in a Client/Server environment can be substituted.
• 2 years working experience in a Client/Server operations environment preferred.
• Previous healthcare IS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to procedures used to evaluate new technology while analyzing and making recommendations for hardware and software standardization.
• Round on a regular basis with hospital departments and provide accurate documentation using Share Point and ticketing systems.
• Facilitate completion of IS projects on a timely basis focusing on effective implementation and management of Client/Server systems.
• Maintain highly available departmental systems to maximize the customers' ability to perform key business processes and minimize downtime.
• Maintain documentation practices throughout IS Operations and ensure compliance with IS Security protocols.
