Job summary

IntelliDyne, LLC seeks a DHA - Deskside Technician- Tier 2 to support Falls Church, VA onsite. You will interface daily with clients, troubleshoot hardware and software, and assist with imaging, AD and printing issues.

You will provide in-person and phone support for e-mail, LAN/WAN, and standard desktop images. The role requires a DOD 8570 IAT Level II/III certification, a Bachelor’s or HS degree with several years of experience, and an active DOD Public Trust.

Qualifications

• Analytical, oral and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have active DOD Public Trust or higher.
• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of technical support experience, or HS degree with 8 years.
• Familiar with MS Office, MS Project, and workstation imaging.
• Basic network support including AD user accounts.

Responsibilities

• Daily client interface.
• Represent IntelliDyne in client engagements.
• Resolve hardware, software or connection issues.
• Support desktop and laptop users; resolve problems with Microsoft, Adobe, Roxio and other software.
• Provide training and direct assistance to reduce issues.
• Ensure backup, recovery and data restoration during upgrades or problems.
• Fix printing/peripheral formatting and related issues.
• Provide phone and in-person support for e-mail, LAN/WAN, AD, standard images, and applications.
• Serve as the initial contact for IT problems, including passwords and printers.
