Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking L2 DC Technicians in Sparks, Nevada. Candidates should have 4-5 years of experience in data center environments and must be comfortable with handling servers, network devices, and associated troubleshooting tasks. This position supports both installation and decommissioning of hardware within a rotating shift environment, ensuring that all tasks contribute to the efficient operation of the data center.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in data center environments required.
• Must be comfortable working in a rotational shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform rack & stack of servers, network devices, and storage equipment.
• Handle cabling (fiber & copper), including labeling and cable management.
• Support installation, relocation, and decommissioning of hardware.
• Troubleshoot servers and isolate problems encountered.
• Order and install replacement parts for servers.
• Update firmware on servers.
• Configure IP addresses and default login credentials.
• Assist network admins with server issues.
