Job summary

Responsibilities include incident logging, password resets, remote printer and device support, and basic mobile device management.

Qualifications

• 1-year related experience supporting current operating systems, software, printers and desktop/laptop PCs
• Experience with Windows based PCs
• Notable customer service skills
• Notable communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to work independently or as a team
• Strong documentation skills
• Basic knowledge of iOS and/or Android platform
• Basic experience troubleshooting hardware

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical assistance and support to internal employees
• Document interactions in the service ticket system with detailed notes and resolutions
• Reset forgotten or expired passwords and perform account maintenance
• Remotely troubleshoot and support printers and banking center equipment
• Support Windows end-user computing environment and software requests via SCCM
• Escalate tickets as needed and coordinate with other teams
• Create and maintain IT knowledge base documentation
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation
