Job summary

Biodesix, Inc. in Louisville, CO seeks an IT Support Specialist I to provide Tier 1 technical support for staff. You will troubleshoot endpoint and user system issues, support IT service delivery, and assist with deployment and maintenance of endpoint technologies.

You will manage desktop, laptop, and mobile device support, work with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD, and contribute to knowledgebase documentation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT Support/Helpdesk experience required.
• Knowledge of Windows 11 operating system and Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor and manage Help Desk tickets to meet SLAs.
• Assist with identity governance, MFA troubleshooting, and access reviews.
• Coordinate with ITS teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledgebase articles.
