Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician for Crane, Indiana.

The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships in a busy call center, delivering Tier 1 technical support, and resolving end-user issues while documenting procedures and assisting with new user onboarding. You will need 3 years of IT Help Desk/Systems Admin experience, an Associates degree (or equivalent), ServiceNow expertise, and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Systems Administration/IT Help Desk experience.
• Associates degree plus 1 year experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 (Security+ CE) certification required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with customers in a busy call center.
• Provide Tier 1 technical support and resolve end-user problems.
• Document internal procedures and assist onboarding of new users.
