Qualifications

• Must have an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• At least 2 years of help desk support experience in a Windows environment.
• One valid certification required from CompTIA A+, Network+, SSCP, CCNA Security, or CND.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end-user systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support system imaging, computer rebuilds, and cybersecurity maintenance.
• Maintain end-user functionality and performance.
• Deliver Service Desk/User Support services.
