Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is seeking a Help Desk Representative to join our team in providing essential IT and cybersecurity support for our Navy customer onsite at Washington Navy Yard, DC. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot a variety of issues while maintaining system performance and security.

The position requires an active DoD Top Secret Clearance and a minimum of 2 years of experience in help desk support. RMC offers competitive compensation and benefits including low-deductible healthcare plans and federal holidays.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance required to start.
• Minimum 2 years experience providing help desk support.
• Must complete Windows 11 certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end-user systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support system imaging and preventive cybersecurity maintenance.
• Deliver Enterprise Service Desk/User Support services.
