• Diagnose and resolve basic networking and security issues.
• Assist with Microsoft Exchange server and email inquiries.
• Log incidents and requests in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 when needed.
• Guide clients through troubleshooting steps clearly.
• Collaborate within the team to provide comprehensive solutions.
