Job summary

TimbukTech Inc. is seeking a Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician to be the first contact for clients facing everyday IT challenges. You’ll provide hands-on workstation and basic network support in a collaborative team environment.

With 0–3 years of experience, you’ll start contributing immediately and have clear advancement opportunities to Tier 2 roles. CompTIA A+ certification must be completed within 120 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Entry to 3 years of relevant helpdesk experience; motivated candidates welcomed.
• CompTIA A+ certification must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote support for workstations and basic IT issues.
• Set up, image, and deploy computers; troubleshoot OS and hardware.
• Provide basic VoIP support.
• Document procedures and share best practices.
• Suggest improvements to client service and team efficiency.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
