Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of helpdesk experience at an MSP or mid-to-large organization.
• Windows, Active Directory, and ticketing platform experience.
• Must be coachable, efficient, and able to work onsite five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Handle 10–15 tickets a day across multiple client environments
• Troubleshoot Windows and M365 issues, including email, password resets, and remote logins
• Manage users and permissions in Active Directory
• Document tickets clearly, follow SOPs, and elevate to Tier 2
