Job summary

New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking an IT Support Technician in Harahan, LA to provide responsive Tier 1 end-user support for client environments. This full-time onsite role concentrates on Microsoft 365, basic networking, and clear communication with users.

You will handle 10–15 tickets daily, escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed, and maintain high levels of customer service while growing technical knowledge in a fast-paced MSP setting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with end users to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Escalate more advanced technical issues to senior engineering staff when appropriate.
