New Charter, LLC, through Commtech, is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Harahan, LA team. This full-time, onsite role (35 hours per week) focuses on delivering responsive Tier 1 technical support for end users, using Microsoft 365, basic networking tools, and standard IT systems.

You will work with end users, engineers, and client stakeholders, handle about 10–15 tickets daily with strong communication, and grow technical knowledge.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service and professional bedside manner when supporting users.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Experience with MS 365 or IT systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide help desk support by handling Tier 1 tickets including password resets, basic network troubleshooting, and system troubleshooting.
• Manage an average of 10–15 support tickets per day while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with end users to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Escalate more advanced technical issues to senior engineering staff when appropriate.
