Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent in computer maintenance, help desk, or network administration.
- 1+ year in an IT technical environment with PC hardware and software experience.
- 1+ year in installation, configuration, support, troubleshooting and maintenance of PCs and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, peripherals, and relocate equipment.
- Provide end-user support and training on basic hardware/software usage.
- Troubleshoot issues, research solutions, and document alternatives.
- Create and maintain troubleshooting guides and installation procedures.
- Record all interactions in the ticketing system and grow technical skills.
