A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Desktop & Mobile Support Specialist.

Position type: Fulltime-Contract

Duration: 6 Months

Location: San Antonio, TX 78215

As a Desktop & Mobile Support Specialist, you will:

• Unpack and configure new hardware.
• Train end users on device and software basics.
• Document troubleshooting guides and installation procedures.
• Handle equipment relocations for computers and peripherals.
• Research and resolve new issues.
• Fully document all interactions in the ticketing system.
• Maintain technical skills through self-directed research.

This is a Fulltime-Contract role

The ideal candidate will have:

• Associate Degree in Computer Maintenance Technology, Computer Help Desk Specialist, Computer Network Administration, or related field from an accredited university, OR
• Relevant IT experience with PC installation, configuration, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of PC networking, Windows Active Directory, LCD projectors, TVs/monitors, and printers/plotters.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and adaptable to change.
