Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Tier 1/2 Service Desk / Deskside Support Administrator to support the National Digital Exploitation & OSINT Center (NDOC) at the Intelligence Community Campus in Bethesda, MD. This onsite role provides first-line technical support for hardware, software, OS, accounts, and peripherals, with a focus on customer service in a secure environment.

The position requires 4+ years of relevant experience, DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, and strong AD/Windows expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop OS.
• Experience providing Service Desk or Deskside support.
• Experience managing user accounts in Active Directory.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows OS and applications.
• Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow/ Remedy).
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for requests and incidents via phone, email, chat, walk-up, and remote support.
• Troubleshoot workstation, software, OS, printer, telephone, and peripheral issues.
• Configure and deploy desktops, monitors, printers, and phones.
• Manage AD accounts: create, modify, unlock, and reset passwords.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ITSM system.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support.
• Support OS updates and software installations.
