Job summary

Leidos is seeking a System Network Administrator to support IT systems, including server, storage, network, and mobile devices. You will perform Tier I/II support, monitor operations, and help resolve technical issues while providing excellent customer service to internal users.

Responsibilities include on-site support, documentation of procedures, system updates, and coordination with agency management. A TS/SCI with Poly is required along with a technical degree and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Clearance must have TS/SCI with Polygraph; five years may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Certifications: Security+, MTA-IT, MCSA/MCITP, Net+, Storage+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• On-site support from 0800–1600 Monday through Friday.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Support day-to-day operations for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Develop and update SOPs and troubleshooting procedures.
• Manage IT system configuration and operations, and document status for management.
