A TS/SCI with Polygraph is required, along with strong communication skills. The role emphasizes customer-oriented, technical problem solving, documentation, and mentorship to personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master’s with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication with executive leadership.
• Subject matter expert in a technical domain area.

Responsibilities

• Provides systems and software operations and maintenance support in a large network enterprise, multi-enclave environment.
• Rapidly distinguish isolated user problems from enterprise-wide application/system problems.
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to collect data, conduct analysis, develop, and implement solutions.
• Provide general systems administration mentoring and training to personnel.
• Develop and update operations and maintenance documentation.
• Resolve highly complex problems using significant technical knowledge.
• Influence groups to adopt new concepts and practices.
• Provide follow-up reports for root cause analysis and process improvements.
• Remotely log into end users' endpoints to perform configurations and remedial actions.
