Job summary

Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas is seeking a Box Office Ticket Seller to deliver friendly customer service, sell tickets, and distribute will-call tickets for all events. You will handle cash and operate ticketing software.

You will assist with will-call, guest lists, ID checks, and provide venue information, accessibility, and ADA options. The role requires 1–3 years experience, strong communication, and the ability to work varied shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 1–3 years of related work experience
• Availability for varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays
• Cashiering experience: cash handling, processing credit/debit transactions, vouchers; reconciling tills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with ticketing software (Ticketmaster HOST, Archtics, etc.) and process ticket purchases by cash, credit, debit, or vouchers
• Assist with will-call and guest list management; check IDs and distribute tickets; resolve issues with Box Office Manager
• Answer phone inquiries and provide venue/event information, accessibility, and ADA requests
• Resolve guest complaints within authority or escalate to Box Office Manager
• Notify supervisors/security of unusual events or missing items or suspected thefts
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reconcile sales and will-call receipts; share information with accounting and operations; assist with show settlements
