Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Guest Experience Event Representative for Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. You will monitor events to ensure guests have an exceptional experience while upholding stadium policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them to locations, handling inquiries, and coordinating with staff on event days. The role requires outdoor work, stamina, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of in-person customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and walk on different surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned areas and promptly address ticketing concerns, guest issues, and accessibility needs.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions, guide them to locations, and assist with mobile ticketing.
• Maintain public safety awareness and understand stadium policies and procedures.
• Document challenges and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Assist with event setup tasks and check equipment and access points.
• Support emergency procedures in coordination with guest experience leadership.
• Manage lost & found items and assist with recovery during events.
• Perform other duties as assigned during events.
