Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Box Office Ticket Seller for Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas to provide friendly customer service, sell tickets, and distribute will-call tickets for all events. You will handle cash and various payment methods, assist with will-call, answer inquiries, and support the Box Office Management Team as needed.

A high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience are required; familiarity with ticketing software is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience and basic math skills essential.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service in a fast-paced venue.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with ticketing software and purchases by cash, credit, debit, or vouchers.
• Handle will-call and guest list, verify IDs, and distribute tickets to the correct parties.
• Answer inquiries about shows, venue accessibility, and event details; escalate when needed.
• Resolve guest issues within authority; coordinate with Box Office Manager as required.
• Reconcile sales and will-call receipts; support show settlements and accounting teams.
