Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Box Office Ticket Seller at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas to provide friendly customer service, sell tickets, and distribute will-call tickets for all events. You will operate Ticketmaster HOST and Archtics, process cash and card transactions, reconcile tills, answer phones, assist the Box Office Management Team, and guide guests with event and accessibility information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related work experience.
• Cash handling, processing credit/debit transactions, and vouchers; reconciling tills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with ticketing software and process purchases by cash, credit, debit, and vouchers.
• Manage will-call and guest list; check IDs and distribute tickets.
• Resolve issues and escalate to management when needed; answer show/ticket inquiries.
• Provide venue/event information including accessibility and ADA requests; assist with show settlement as needed.
