Qualifications

• Familiarity with Ticketmaster system and event details.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Experience handling cash and making correct change.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ticket sales and inquiries for all events.
• Process transactions accurately and reconcile daily sales.
• Answer phone inquiries and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Distribute tickets and provide correct change.
• Maintain seating configurations and seating charts familiarity.
