Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Building Attendant to support Tyson Events Center & Orpheum Theatre in Sioux City. This event-based role covers housekeeping, grounds maintenance, room sets, and arena conversions to ensure smooth operations for events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and tear down for events, including chairs and tables.
• Perform cleaning checklists and room setups accurately and on time.
• Handle chairs, tables, drapery, and related room furnishings.
• Use cleaning supplies safely, including chemicals and equipment.
• Provide customer service to internal and external clients.
