Qualifications

• Prior parking experience is a plus.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Control/monitor vehicle entry to assigned parking lot(s).
• Process cashless transactions with a mobile point-of-sale device.
• Provide guests a positive first impression with world‑class service.
• Monitor parking lots for safety and security of guests and employees and vehicles.
• Provide guests with directions and venue information.
• Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance during shifts.
