Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Experience with ticketing software such as Ticketmaster preferred.
• Previous experience in box office, ticketing, or live event operations preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to move initiatives from concept through execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with the sport of NASCAR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Ticket Operations leadership and staff with daily functions and special projects.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify ticket operations processes.
• Assist with product training for the Consumer Services team and Sales Academy.
• Audit event builds, ticket system updates, pricing changes, and financial controls daily.
• Override inventory management across all events and ticket accounts.
• Ensure quality control of the online ticket-buying experience.
• Support all event weekend ticket operations needs.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and supervision of temporary event staff.
