Job summary

NASCAR is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator, Ticket Operations to support daily ticketing functions, fulfillment, and special projects, ensuring an accurate and seamless buyer experience.

You will audit event builds, manage inventory, monitor inquiries, and assist with weekend operations, pricing changes, and system updates while collaborating with Marketing and Consumer Services teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with ticketing software such as Ticketmaster preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to move initiatives from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

• Support Ticket Operations leadership and staff with daily functions, fulfillment needs, and special projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve, streamline, and simplify ticket operations processes.
• Assist with product training for the Consumer Services team and Sales Academy.
• Audit event builds, ticket system updates, pricing changes, and financial controls on a daily basis.
• Maintain ticket system price code management, including adding new ticket products or offers, updating pricing and package details, and setting access permissions for users and agencies.
• Oversee inventory management across all events, including daily ticket allocation reviews.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries in the designated ticket operations inbox in a timely manner.
• Ensure quality control of the online ticket-buying experience by identifying broken links and reviewing purchase flows.
