Job summary

Atlanta United FC Academy seeks a dedicated ticketing support professional to assist with season ticket, group, and single-match accounts, ensuring smooth game-day operations and responsive customer service. The role supports internal sales and service teams and coordinates online and in-house ticket fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will multi-task, maintain strong communication, and handle fast-paced environments including Atlanta United 2 matches.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver excellent service to fans.
• Strong written and oral communication, prioritization, and organization skills.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Ticketmaster Archtics experience a plus but not required.
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve effectively and handle stressful and difficult situations.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday and match days (during week or on weekends).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing and establishment of season ticket, group and single match ticket accounts.
• Provide game-day support in the area of ticket resolution, customer service, and other ticketing needs.
• Provide daily support to internal sales and customer service teams.
• Coordinate in-house and on-line ticket order fulfillment.
• Aid in other duties, functions, and tasks as assigned by full-time associates of the department.
• Assist with Atlanta United 2 matches.
