Job summary

Atlanta United FC is seeking a detail-oriented ticketing support specialist to help manage season, group, and single-match accounts. You will assist with game-day ticket resolution and customer service, supporting internal sales and service teams.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency in MS Office; Ticketmaster Archtics experience is a plus. Monday–Friday work with match-day shifts at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing and establishment of season ticket, group and single match ticket accounts.
• Provide game-day support in ticket resolution and customer service.
• Provide daily support to internal sales and customer service teams.
• Coordinate in-house and online ticket order fulfillment.
• Aid in other duties as assigned by the department.
• Assist with Atlanta United 2 matches.
