The Hoover Met Complex is seeking a Part-Time Ticket Seller/Ticket Taker to handle tickets for events at the Hoover Met Complex in Hoover, AL. The role reports to the General Manager in the Operations department and requires non-exempt status.

The position focuses on courteous public interaction, guiding guests on ticket options, resolving issues, and supporting event teams with various duties while maintaining a professional demeanor. Availability includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Follow oral and written instructions accurately.

• Able to resolve ticketing issues and customer complaints.
• Available nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift/move up to 20 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities
