Oak View Group is seeking an on-site Ticket Seller for the Saenger Theatre in Mobile, AL. This part-time role supports events with mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed. The position pays hourly between $12.00 and $15.00 and requires a high school diploma and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities include operating the ticketing system, handling transactions, and ensuring accurate change. Prior ticketing experience is preferred, with a focus on confidentiality and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ticketing experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work on a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Know and understand the operation of ticketing systems.
• Familiarize yourself with each event (ticket prices, discounts, restrictions, reserved or general admission seating, etc.).
• Know and understand the seating charts and configurations of the Mobile venues.
• Perform transactions for all events on the ticketing system with efficiency and accuracy.
• Collect the proper currency or credit card amount for purchase of ticket(s) and give correct change.
• Communicate and satisfy patrons in the most positive manner possible.
• Direct patrons to the nearest ticket taker.
• Reconcile money for ticket sales received.
• Keep accurate and legible records.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
