Job summary

Milwaukee Brewers is seeking a part-time Ticket Services Representative to maximize individual ticket sales using the Tickets.com system and to provide outstanding customer service at American Family Field. The role covers both ticket windows and the phone center on game days and non-game days throughout the season.

You will handle single-event purchases, exchanges, will-call, and digital ticket troubleshooting, while staying informed on promotions and Ballpark app updates.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months related experience or a 1-year certificate from college/technical school.
• Prior ticketing experience is preferred.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience via phones is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket window or on inbound calls.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ticket promotions and communicate related products clearly.
• Up-sell and cross-sell on inbound inquiries.
• Meet productivity standards while maximizing sales and providing service.
• Stay current with Brewers ticket technologies, including the Ballpark app.
• Assist with daily ticket mailings and fulfillment projects.
• Attend Sales and Service trainings and daily briefings.
• Complete basic sales transactions using ProVenue.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
