Job summary

The Milwaukee Brewers are seeking enthusiastic Guest Relations staff to welcome fans and provide stadium information and assistance at American Family Field. Roles include Outside Greeter, Escalator Attendant, Wheelchair Attendant, and Designated Driver Booth, with duties that emphasize safe, friendly, and family-friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must communicate well, be friendly, well-groomed, and able to handle conflicts professionally.
• Able to provide excellent customer service to fans and guests in a professional manner.
• Willing to attend training sessions, stadium tours, and other events before the baseball season.
• Available to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends during the season.
• Able to arrive up to 3 hours prior to game time and stand for up to 5 hours.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Provide event information and directions, and enforce stadium policies.
• Operate voice amplifier to communicate with guests outside gates.
• Monitor escalators and coordinate Wheelchair and Shuttle Services.
• Direct queues and coordinate entry routes for fans and guests.
